Service levels for the home user and business customers are identical, and the same level of customer service and engineer support is available. If you are an experienced user or complete layman we can guide you through the process, and offer a solution based entirely on your individual needs.
We can offer a priority service for faster delivery of the data, as well as the same customer service contact throughout the recovery for each customer. This means all jobs will be evaluated and recovered in the shortest possible time.

Stage One
Diagnosis confirms the level of data capture/recovery that we can attain from your media, at a fixed price dependent upon the level of service chosen.
Stage Two
We then send a file listing the data that we can capture with the cost to the customer. Upon authorisation from the customer, our technicians will quickly and efficiently recover the lost data and return it in a desirable format which ranges from CD, DVD, hard disk drive and external storage device with both USB and fire wire options.
